Abstract

The proposal sets out a methodology for developing digital skills in industrial engineering students under plan IIND-2010-227, aligned with the requirements of Industry 4.0. A five-phase systemic approach is conceived: diagnosis of digital gaps, cross-curricular planning, implementation of active training actions, evaluation, and prospective feedback. The approach focuses on an active learning ecosystem where digital tools are integrated into subjects in all semesters using criteria for measuring learning outcomes, the teaching process, and industrial relevance. A software matrix is proposed for each semester and level of proficiency (literacy, automation, and business intelligence) to transition students from users to builders of digital solutions.
