Academic procrastination among graduate faculty: between self-regulation and the structural conditions of faculty training.
Abstract
This study analyzes academic procrastination among postgraduate faculty at CRESON using a quantitative approach. The results indicate higher levels of postponement among early-career faculty and lower levels among those with greater experience. It is concluded that procrastination is influenced both by self-regulation factors and by structural conditions within the educational context.
