A look at the literature on education and COVID-19 and its relationship with resilience based on bibliometric methods.
Abstract
The SARS-CoV-2 virus had a significant impact on education, mainly in academic institutions. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to analyze the scientific literature on COVID-19 and education, as well as to identify research related to resilience. To this end, a bibliographic search was conducted in the Web of Science database, complemented by a bibliometric and content analysis. The analysis considered 267 published articles, finding that the United Kingdom is the country with the highest number of publications. In terms of research trends, areas such as the adaptation strategies of companies and educational institutions, especially higher education institutions, to survive the impact of the pandemic on their structure and administration were observed.
