Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing and understanding the inclusion, scope, and coherence of Public Social Responsibility (PSR) within the legal framework of Tabasco, Mexico, evaluating its degree of alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its impact on state regulatory instruments. The data obtained through document analysis using the Keyword Research method reveals a limited conceptual penetration of PSR within the legal framework, both in the planning and implementation stages. The textual similarities found indicate that PSR is focused on specific, rather than general, areas of society. The results suggest the need to reform and harmonize Tabasco's regulatory framework to systematically incorporate PSR principles into key areas for the population.
