Abstract

The principle of supervision is the right of the authorities to supervise the exercise of the powers of all government institutions, including the institution of criminal justice, in order to guarantee the rights and liberties of citizens and the public interest. The follow-up of supply agreements is of particular importance in a fair trial to avoid any excessive restriction of the rights of the accused or the victim in the protection of the rights of the victim and the community. In this research we will examine the effects and challenges of monitoring supply agreements in Iran's criminal justice system.
