Abstract

Over time, higher education has faced numerous challenges. At the Academic Division of Information Sciences and Technologies (DACyTI) of the Juarez Autonomous University of Tabasco (UJAT), some courses (such as Algorithms) experience high failure rates. In this context, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a key tool for providing solutions. This research evaluated the use of the Blackbox AI tool as a learning reinforcement tool. The methodology consisted of four stages: literature review, quasi-experimental design, data cleaning, and results interpretation. The results showed that a large percentage of the students participating in the study demonstrated a low level of knowledge about the AI tool used.
