Virtual Methods in Corporate Education and Public Policy as a Training Strategy in a Logistics Development Office in Oaxaca de Juárez.
Abstract
This study analyzes the digitalization of a logistics development office in Oaxaca as a strategy to improve administrative efficiency, strengthen transparency, and support regional development. Using a mixed-methods approach based on Design Thinking and logistic regression, the web platform "Consulta" was designed to train staff and provide clear information to investors. The results indicate that technological usability—rather than content quality—was the only statistically significant variable explaining the success of institutional training. The study concludes that an intuitive platform can serve as a public policy tool by institutionalizing knowledge, reducing opacity, and mitigating the risk of capital flight.
