Challenges in implementing the New Civil and Family Justice System in Tamaulipas.

Abstract

As of June 7, 2023, a new paradigm in the administration of civil and family justice is emerging with the publication of the new National Code of Civil and Family Procedures in the Official Gazette of the Federation. Initially, legal practitioners paid little attention to this new judicial system. However, as its execution approaches, interest and uncertainty regarding its implementation have arisen, especially due to the structural and practical changes this new justice model entails for Mexican law. This research offers personal assessments regarding the challenges of implementing the New Civil and Family Justice System in Tamaulipas.
