The amparo trial as a mechanism for reparation of damage to secondary victims of the femicide crime. An analysis of public policies.
Abstract
In recent years, statistical rates regarding the crime of femicide have risen, representing a socio-legal phenomenon in Mexico that demands urgent attention; therefore, it is important to analyze the effectiveness of existing public policies and legal mechanisms in preventing femicide from going unpunished, given that impunity infringes upon the victims' human and fundamental rights.
