Methodological maneuvers designed to minimize bleeding during endoscopic nasal surgery.
Abstract
Endoscopic nasal surgery is a surgical alternative that combined with the experience in conventional surgical procedures and new technologies guarantees fewer complications. Bleeding is one of the complications that can be observed in this surgical procedure, so controlling the conditions that favor this complication is one of the priorities of the medical team. This work aims to systematize the methodological maneuvers aimed at minimizing hemorrhage during endoscopic nasal surgery.
