The management audit and the effectiveness in "Darío Guevara" truck transportation cooperative.

Abstract

The management audit allows to examine and evaluate the actions executed in a project or operation, as well as in entities and programs, in order to establish their level of efficiency, effectiveness and economy. Today, transport cooperatives must be audited periodically, in order to facilitate the identification of their weaknesses, drawing responses and guiding them to improve their administration and service. The results of amanagement audit in "Darío Guevara" transportation cooperative in the Pelileo cantonis presented.
