Pedagogical strategy to prepare the teachers for to develop healthy lifestyles since primary education.
Abstract
Among the objectives of the Sustainable Development of the 2030 Agenda, the interest in guaranteeing the adoption of healthy lifestyles and promoting well-being for all stands out. The Cuban government devotes efforts and resources to the improvement of the teacher's work in health issues. The research developed a pedagogical strategy for teacher preparation. Methodological workshops and activities were conceived and carried out from the annual work plan through curricular, extracurricular and family routes, achieving unity of educational influences. Audiovisual media and original educational materials were used, contests of knowledge and skills of healthy practices were held, appreciating changes in the modes of action of schoolchildren and their environments, managing to educate for life.
