Generic and specific competences in the training of human resources in technical sciences.

Abstract

The definition of generic and specific competencies is part of the necessary changes that Higher Education must assume to be consistent with the future practice of its graduates. The article makes an ample bibliographical revision of the subject in the frame of the education of higher level, and specifically, in the field of the formation in technical sciences; finally, to propose a conglomerate of generic and specific competitions in the formation of human resources of technical sciences.
