Challenges for higher education accessible to allas a human right in the twenty-first century.

Abstract

Education in Mexico has been adjusted to the social needs of each era. Currently, at a higher level, the human right to education has a leading role in social development. Therefore, the national education system should contribute to strengthening respect for the rights that correspond to individuals by promoting equal opportunities and treatment among people, making education accessible to all human beings without exclusions. In the present study, we are particularly interested in highlighting the challenges we face for a higher education accessible to all as a human right in the 21st century.
