Quality management as a structure of operational performance in the financial cooperative sector, segment five, Chimborazo province.
Abstract
This research work aimed to study the incidence of quality management (QA) and organizational performance (OD) of the financial cooperative sector of segment five of the province of Chimborazo. We used a methodology with a qualitative and quantitative approach; the method was inductive and deductive, exploratory, descriptive and correlational. The technique was based on a Checklist. The population amounted to 52 financial entities belonging to the financial cooperative sector of segment five of the province of Chimborazo. The results were analyzed through an ANOVA using a completely randomized block design, obtaining an Fc (Fisher Calculated) = 74.2 and an α (Cronbach) = 0.987, considered as excellent the accuracy of the data collected.
