Development of the situational diagnosis of the Bambil Collao commune for the implementation of a conflict mediation strategy.
Abstract
The present work presents a study carried out in the Bambil Collao commune for the implementation of a strategy based on the mediation of conflicts. Through the aforementioned strategy, it is intended to carry out the implementation of a culture of peace and incorporate it into the system of attitudes, habits and customs that make up the culture of the community. The instruments applied allowed to identify the dispositions of the population of the commune towards the alternative solution of conflicts through mediation.
