Proposal of a guide for the preliminary self-evaluation of the teaching collectives according to the constitution and development of the academic bodies in the Institutions of Higher Education.
Abstract
A guide is proposed for the self-evaluation of the academic bodies in formation that allows to encourage and promote their growth in their individual and collective meaning, as well as the generation of self development tools for them. It has been based on the theoretical opinions of the scholars of the subject, as well as on the review carried out by a group of experts in the activities that concern the formation of these bodies.
