Specific actions of the main professor of the academic year in Cuban universities.

Abstract

The article socializes results of a research developed in the University of Havana, Cuba, and it is focused on perfecting the coordination, assessment and control of the main professor of the academic year in Cuban universities. An analysis of their work is carried out and the main problems are identified when managing this academic level. As a result, the specific actions to be carried out by this manager are determined, in correspondence with the requirements in Higher Education Institutions. For the evaluation of the proposal, the expert criterion is applied by means of the Delphi method.
