Abstract

In this article, the author attempts to investigate what is expedient considering the expediency of the prosecutor, the expediency of the individual or community, and on the assumption of the interests of the individual, and if the interests of the defendant should be considered or the victim's interest (plaintiff)? In addition, this paper examines which authority and authority of the prosecutor identifies as a judicial or judicial authority (prosecutor's office); however, is it worthy of the lawmakers in the legal systems that use this criminal prosecution system? In order to prevent the tyranny of the judiciary and the verifiability of the decision made in the legal texts, they should personally specify the material.
