Resumen
El artículo traza un estudio lógico del concepto de responsabilidad legal como un fenómeno social complejo, que incluye no solo la obligación de ser castigado en caso de violación de las normas legales y las normas de conducta establecidas por el Estado en la sociedad sino también la necesidad educar y formar comportamientos legales en los ciudadanos con el objetivo de analizar las consecuencias de sus acciones potencialmente deseables en términos de aprobación o censura de naturaleza social y legal.
