Access to public information in Ecuador.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the systematization of studies related to access to public information in Ecuador regarding the right that promotes access to public data, as well as the technological means that entities make available to citizens for transparency. information and government actions. The source of information used was original articles found in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science and Scielo from the years 2018 to 2022 and that contributed to the purpose of this research. It is concluded that despite the advances in public access to information, the deficiencies in its compliance become noticeable by government entities.
