Abstract

This research examines the delicate relationship between ethics, artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property. With the advancement of AI in the creation of works of art, music and literature, questions arise about the authorship and legal protection of these productions. We analyze the evolution of AI and its impact on traditional concepts of intellectual property, especially around copyright ownership of AI-generated works. In addition, the implications for other intellectual property rights are considered, as well as the ethical challenges it poses, such as the perpetuation of biases in the data used to train AI systems.
