Transformational leadership in managers of small, medium and large companies of cantón Quevedo.
Abstract
To articulate business goals, objectives and strategies, it is necessary for the manager or area coordinators to demonstrate the dimensions of management and describe the participation of all actors from a strategic point of view, with the purpose of make progress in the organization. This research determines the correlations of managers' leadership styles with employee satisfaction and influence. It is reflected that the less execution of a relevant leadership style by the manager results in lower job performance.
