An earthly vision of interculturality to decolonize reality, discourse and norm.
Abstract
The scope of the culture is the space in which the norms that compose the legal systems are developed, conditioning them in their content and scope, as well as in the effectiveness that they reach within the set of the prevailing social relations. Such an unquestionable assertion deserves; however, a precision, referring to the configuration of the specific national-popular culture in each society. Starting from the baroque character that Latin American culture acquires and its evident colonial content, of which the indigenous subculture is part, the legal provisions from different sources; so that, they consecrate their preceptive role they must acquire an intercultural character that allows them to enhance a multiple citizen action.
