Abstract

This communication addresses the development in the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes Quevedo extension of logics to ensure the continuing education of their teachers in terms of addressing the problem: How to contribute to the development of academic, research and extension training processes, of the university professors? Its objective is to develop a model of teacher training to transform educational realities in universities. It has been considered important to use, the dialectic method, the theory of complexity and the general theory of systems, to deepen this debate and present a transformative proposal of the problem addressed. The modeling of a system of pedagogical actions susceptible of being contextualized is presented as a result.
