Analysis of country appeal for foreign students.

Abstract

Inclusion of the ratio of foreign students in the rating system characterizing quality of education at the level of individual universities and entire countries can lead to the fact that increase in this rating is considered as an end in itself. The existence of such a problem determines the relevance of the study. The research is based on the hypothesis that the ratio of foreign students is qualitative index of education and the level of development of the country’s education system as a whole. Study included data on 39 countries included in the statistical, expert databases.
