Islamic Republic of Iran Criminal Policy in addressing Air Pollution.

Abstract

This study describes air pollution crimes in accordance with the Clean Air Act of the year 96 and evaluates a variety of responses in this regard to provide new solutions. The findings show that institutionalizing the issue of clean air, providing ground for conducting platforms, and using preventive and cultural measures to combat the phenomenon of air pollution can be fruitful.
