Abstract

In the present research work, theoretical foundations are approached that support the approach of oral competence as an essential component for the formation of the future law graduate, which in his professional practice has to face challenges related to his oral expression in a variety of contexts. This work is presented as a result of a pedagogical research in option to the degree of Doctor in Pedagogical Sciences that this author carries out at present.
