Appealing to gender: a philosophy for the development of human relationships.

Abstract

The present study makes an analysis of the emergence of the gender category and its importance in the development of social relationships, specifically those of a couple. Hence, the objective was to analyze the category of gender and its genesis in the process of developing social relations between men and women. The methodology used was qualitative, fundamentally through the historical-logical method and documentary analysis. The initial results showed the existing differences in the socialization of men and women and in the configuration of their relationships; this is why, it was concluded, that the subject under study is a tool to achieve the goal we intend.
