Legal analysis of the nature of public security in Mexico.

Abstract

The development and complexity of the social environment in Mexico has modified the perception, direction and way of facing the problem of public security; so this article analyzes the legal nature of public security in Mexico, starting from its background, as well as the different concepts and types of security with the primary objective of analyzing the current social reality of "Public Security" in Mexico, regarding the need for the Armed Forces to participate or not in the matter as a "National Guard", considering the responsibility that the State has to guarantee compliance with the constitutional mandate and citizen participation in the pre-eminence of respect, promotion, protection and guarantee of human rights in its various Constitutional provisions.
