The concept of property rights in the civil law of Russia.

Abstract

Problems of protection of property rights and other real rights have a high degree of relevance. This is due to the significant role of property rights and other real rights in a market economy. Ownership is the basis of the entire system of social relations. The stability of civil turnover and the development of the whole of society largely depend on the mechanism of protection of property rights and other property rights in effect in the state. Any violation of property rights, consisting of the powers to possess, use and dispose of property, should be suppressed. The article examines the general provisions on the law and ways to protect property.
