The use of ICT as a resource for the self-improvement of the education professional.
Abstract
The material expresses considerations arising from the consultation of specialized literature and the professional experience of the authors in relation to the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in training processes, and the self-improvement of the education professional. In the context of contemporary pedagogical practice, influenced by the use of ICT based on the social need for the teacher's professional development to develop the technological professionalization of the same, this is conceived as a process of adaptive-creative apprehension process, in the fact that professors surpass themselves in the same measure that they investigate and train their students.
