Abstract

Nowadays, terrorism has become the most dangerous world phenomenon affecting the security of many countries and individual regions, impeding the normal development of international relations. Terrorist groups increase their financial and technical capabilities. In the context of globalization, the blurring of borders between states takes place, which allows unimpeded movement of funds and information flows, terrorist activity becomes transnational in nature. An effective fight against terrorism is impossible without defining a clear concept of this phenomenon that would fit into reality, and was universally recognized.
