The potential of Education and Art in the innovative development of Russia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the potential of Education and Art in the innovative development of Russia. The suggestion is to balance the existing national idea of a technological breakthrough versus the idea of an educational breakthrough. The experience of implementing educational innovations has been generalized and a conclusion has been made that neither high-profile projects nor the most advanced technologies are able to replace the teachers’ and students’ hard work in creating an effective system of education.
