The teaching of history in the pre-university oriented to local development.
Abstract
In the research, empirical and theoretical methods were used to determine the concretion of the relationship History of Cuba-Local History in teaching and the use made by teachers of the potential of said relationship to educate pre-university students in their participation in the management of local development projects in response to the demands of the Cuban social project. The diagnosis revealed insufficient theoretical mastery, developing an educational project, concretized in the creation of scientific societies, which direct their research to find and revalue peasant social practices, favoring in students the knowledge of peasant social practices, local and peasant identity, and its education oriented to local development.
