Pedagogical technologies of development of spiritual maturity of future teachers.
Abstract
The article defines the essence and structure of the phenomenon "future teachers' spiritual maturity". It substantiates the concept of development of future teachers' spiritual maturity, defines components, criteria, indicators and characterize the levels of spiritual maturity, and substantiates the stages of its development within future teachers in pedagogical education. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and test the effectiveness of the pedagogical technologiessystem of future teachers' spiritual maturity development in an experimental way. Experimental verification of the system of pedagogical technologies for future teachers' spiritual maturity gradual development proved their effectiveness, which was manifested in the difference between the levels of spiritual maturity development of students of control and experimental groups.
