Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the incidence of Burnout Syndrome in a population of 70 full-time professors from two universities. The Maslach Professional Wear test (Hidalgo, Ruiz and Media, 2019) was used, which consists of 22 Likert-type response items where three dimensions of Burnout Syndrome are measured: Emotional Wear, Depersonalization and Personal Achievement.
