Abstract

The research is based on the analysis of the type of Emotional Intelligence (EI) that the teachers of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Business Management and Information Technology of the State University of Bolivar, Ecuador, have. The work of the teachers is not only the transmission of knowledge, but to guide students to live the experience of learning for life in an enriching and innovative way. As human beings, we have much in common because emotional intelligence refers to the human capacity to feel, understand, control, and modify emotional states.
