Abstract

The relevance and quality of the academic offerings of higher education institutions is one of the most important elements in ensuring success. The study is developed because of the need to have mechanisms and instruments that show the satisfaction of the students in the courses of study. The aim is to propose a methodology to evaluate student satisfaction with the academic offer of the Instituto Tecnológico Superior Cordillera- ITSCO. The expert method (Delphi version) was used to define the evaluation indicators of student satisfaction. The proposed instrument evaluates the indicators that support the quality of the academic offer of the institution in the face of the realities and complexities of the higher education system.
