Strategic management for the production area of aquafest in canton el Empalme.

Abstract

Companies aim to achieve objectives through efficient and effective internal functioning, the achievement of this management allows to obtain efficient production and profitability in sales. The research was carried out in the production area of the company Aquafest in the county of El Empalme-Los Rios. In the research field, the situational state of the production area was verified, and with the application of the systemic method, the information was ordered and the deficiencies in the processes were corroborated. With the results obtained, it was determined that the application of strategic management in the production area of the company guides and facilitates the productive processes and those of the employees.
