Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of views on the relationship between the personal and public interests, that by judging publications and many oral speeches by Dr., Prof., H Andrei Ivanovich Denisov were completely different - concerning a different light and a different spirit - from the point of view of the interests of the whole society and the whole state.
