Resumen

Este artículo está dedicado al análisis de puntos de vista sobre la relación entre los intereses personales y públicos, que al juzgar por publicaciones y muchos discursos orales del Dr., Prof., H Andrei Ivanovich Denisov, fueron completamente diferentes, con una luz diferente y diferente espíritu - desde el punto de vista de los intereses de toda la sociedad y todo el estado.
