Abstract

The present investigation was enhanced in the Pepe de Oro Peasant Organizations Corporation, a company located in the canton of Vinces province of Los Ríos. Currently the company has great challenges within the business market with the presence of new competitors, with the development of information systems and the emergence of quality products. The companies are supported by the Maquita Cushunchic Foundation. The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of internal control in management. The methodology used was exploratory and descriptive, which was complemented with the development of deductive and inductive methods, which have allowed us to collect, and analyze informational data on particular situations related to the object of study. The results obtained are a community administration without internal control, loss of customer loyalty and productive activities.
