Legal analysis of the principle of social reinsertion in relation to neuroscientific treatments.

Abstract

This article reads in a logical legal analysis on the inclusion of neuroscientific knowledge in prison science to attend to the problems that Mexico suffers; this as a social phenomenon that has been reflected in scientific discoveries in other countries, which in prison matters would imply not only the power to enforce the punishment that was imposed by the State, but also the need to see manifested the principle of reintegration, through the knowledge of mental stability in people deprived of their liberty.
