Educational policies and information and communication technologies (ICT): to look at Ecuador
Abstract
This article is part of a research project that required a prior analysis of the legal framework of educational policy for a proposal for teacher training in digital competence. It is not at any time to analyze exhaustively all the legal framework related to the subject, but to highlight the relevance, for the Ecuadorian government, of the inclusion of ICT in all areas and therefore the need for the training of all its citizens in this sense, particularly the teachers that is our target group
