Training of skills in organization and management of human capital for directors of ICT implementation projects in Uruguay.

Abstract

The implementation projects of the ICT industry in Uruguay have a degree of internationalization per capita that is one of the highest in the world. Based on the analysis of literature through the methodology of documentary research, the state of art was synthesized in the area of knowledge of "Project Management", taking reference to the developments of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The study made it possible to determine the training requirements for new skills in human capital, organization and management in project managers for the success of ICT implementation projects in Uruguay.
