Abstract

Academic-investigative training for Higher Education teachers is a way to achieve quality educational standards. The evaluative analysis focuses on systematizing the essential references of the academic training process of the Higher Education teacher, the training of these teachers for the development of the investigative activity, the organizational forms of the academicinvestigative training, and the impact of the referred training in educational quality. It is concluded that investigative academic training has an unquestionable implication in educational quality and includes among its variables the relevance and social impact, whose fundamental indicators refer to social needs, their effect on the social functions of teachers and on development. economic and social of society.
