Teleeducation in the development of learning in basic general education in Ibarra city.
Abstract
Teleeducation is a means of communication in teaching-learning process synchronously or asynchronously, promoting interactivity between teacher and student. The objective of this article is to assess the state of teleeducation as an alternative means for the continuity of learning in students of basic general education in Ibarra city. The country, facing a health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and based on the transitory Regulation for the development of academic activities of the Educational Institutions in which it must continue with the academic activities, a use survey is presented of technology where teachers and students have limitations in access to technology.
