Abstract

Microenterprises currently contribute to job growth in Ecuador . This management model facilitates the production of goods and services for the economy. Improving organizational strategies represents an activity that would guarantee the profitability of microenterprises. This research aims to propose a strategic planning instrument aimed at improving the profitability of microenterprises. The instrument created facilitates control, monitoring and evaluation, helping to improve market competitiveness and profitability. The proposed instrument consists of three phases that together guarantee the planning workflow. Finally, a case study is presented where the proposed instrument is applied.
