Abstract

This article analyzes the legal and social situation that exists in this new paradigm in the face of the confinement derived from the health emergency of the SarsCov-2 virus (Covid-19) for the exercise of the education law. Faced with this confinement situation, Information, Communication, Knowledge and Learning Technologies play a very important role for the teaching of classes corresponding to educational plans and programs; however, as is our knowledge, many people still do not have access to the various Information and Communication Technologies that may be essential for the acquisition of their school knowledge, which has resulted in the education human law not being exercise fully.
